My item came damaged. Help!

We take pride in all of our products and want our customers to love their items. We try to inspect every item, but we are only human and sometimes miss things. If you have a damaged item please email us at shopsouthernsplendor@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item. Please include your name, order number, and 'damaged item received' in the subject line.

 

What sizes do you carry?

Sizes do vary per style. Most collections are available in sizes newborn to size 6.

You are out of the size I want. Will you restock the item?

We try our best to restock best sellers when we can.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we do not accept any custom orders.

What is the best way to know when you are offering a sale?

I am trying to use two promo codes, but it isn't working.

At this time, you can only use one promo code per order.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise contacted.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order, if appropriate, based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.

Can I use a discount code to purchase a gift card?

No, discounts and promo codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are stored and shipped from our fulfillment center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Do you offer refunds?

All returns are processed as store credit only. View our full Refund Policy.

Do you have gift cards?

We offer E-Gift Cards here!

How will my E-Gift Card be sent to the recipient?

All eGift Cards are sent electronically via email. We do not offer physical Gift Cards to be purchased online at this time.
